So after some searching I found this thread, and I tried what you suggested, with no luck. I ran both verify and repair on the disk. In diskutil it shows the drive as unmounted, I tried the Mount option in diskutil and it failed, telling me to run First Aid. Installed new SSD, and 1TB conventional drive in place of the SuperDrive.Įverything was running fine, but earlier this week the user told me the "Storage" drive, 1TB, wasn't showing up. Sorry to drag up an old thread, but I am having a similar issue.
